Not sure which fear you're asking about so I'll assume both.

Not sure where the outhouse fear came from. It's never happened to me before, but I did hear a story about it happening to a friend when I was like 10, so maybe that's the origin.
The fear of feet, however, I think I have figured out. I get more anxious the closer they get to my face, and socked feet are worse than feet in shoes, so I think it came from a game of sardines I played in high school. When I found the person to hide with, he was in a bath tub, so I got in next to him with my head by his feet. Then when everyone else found us, they piled on top and I was trapped next to his feet and a bunch of other people's feet, and it smelled reeeeally bad and I couldn't breath and I started to feel claustrophobic. So, I think that's where that fear originated from.
