Yeah, I feel that the church hasn't really reached the place where God wants us. Although the church has come a long way since Jesus' ascension and the commission to go into all the world to preach the Gospel. I think we have fallen short of what God intended for us to do. We have Evangelized much, we have taught the word of faith much, we have taught grace much. I think we are a bunch of over obese d children just sitting at the dinner table waiting for more. We are so overstuffed that we are miserable. Then we take it out on our own brothers and sisters in Christ. I have watched this in the past. It bothers me terribly. So much, that I am afraid to go back to church. I was reminded by a friend in Christ that there are no perfect churches. I know that for sure. But, many church are so immature that its scary.
