No, just in China. I'm being slightly facetious by labelling the entire population of China as "capitalist" because of their rising middle class, economic boom since the late '70s and their state capitalism. Obviously, not every single Chinese person in the PRC is a capitalist... but they sure buy US consumer goods like they are.
3 billion capitalists now. They're not communists; they're state capitalists that call themselves "communist." They've not been doctrinaire communists since Mao died.
