Yeah basically. You just pick your roster based on ten stat categories, five batting and five pitching, and then every week you can adjust for who's going to be pitching on each given day. You'll pick it up in no time.
What I do in CGR fantasy hockey is sign in once a week, set my roster for each day that week, and then forget about it for a week. We'll be having a draft, but you can let Yahoo! autodraft for you using its player rankings or you can pre-set player rankings yourself. I figure it's less than half an hour each week. It won't be fast on dial-up, but it's definitely doable. Up to you, I just thought you might be interested.
I like them very much. I listened to Little Brother about 3 times on Grooveshark and it is high on my list of next albums to purchase.
Do you/have you ever listened to Streetlight Manifesto? Their singer/lyricist/guitar player Tomas Kalnoky is basically amazing. One of the best songwriters I've ever heard. They've been my favorite band for like ever. They're releasing a cover album soon of a bunch of punk songs. It looks pretty awesome.
I love Mustard Plug, I'm actually (maybe) going to a concert of them and The Aquabats on March 12th. I do occasionally listen to Big D, but I haven't really got in to them.
I've heard of Dead To Me, but I might need to check them out a little more. What album do you suggest?
I had actually heard about them very recently. I'm not huge fan of them but they're better then the other bands on the poll.
Punk is one of my favorite genres. Most of my favorite punk bands are ska-punk, Streetlight Manifesto and The Suicide Machines being my favorite.
Gahhhh I keep forgetting to respond. I listened to Operation Ivy and didn't really like it. I haven't gotten any more cause I'm gonna stop downloading stuff for a while.
And in despair I bowed my head:
"There is no peace on earth," I said,
"For hate is strong, and mocks the song
Of peace on earth, good will to men."
Then pealed the bells more loud and deep:
“God is not dead, nor does He sleep;
The wrong shall fail, the right prevail
With peace on earth, good will to men.”
~Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
