Some of them can be, yeah :/. Most aren't, though, because commanding officers in general frown upon people running up and down the base swearing all over the place. But yeah, some can be pretty vulgar.

An Army cadence is something we do when we march, kinda singing/yelling something to keep people motivated, instead of just always going "Left, left, left right! Left, left, left right!" Example: Hail O Hail O Infantry!
