Ralph Spence, bishop of the Diocese of Niagara. He reduced the pension of the retired priests and then increased his own. He has promoted the blessing of same sex unions. My rector has spoken out against his actions and has been denied promotions. The promotion went instead to a rector who never does a sermon and who doesn't wear the collar in public out of fear that people will know he's a minister.
