The ACLU has actually fought for individuals who have been denied their right of prayer in school. The ACLU isn't against prayer in schools. They are against unconstitutional prayer in school -- that is prayer led by government.

Most Scientist today can not disprove that there is a higher authority thats controls and created this universe. But politicians are not so easily wavered. Yes, lets arrest the preacher going into schools (Rev. Holten, South Florida), but not the drug dealer.
the school cannot prohibit see you at the poll, doing so would violate constitutional rights (freedom of religion, freedom of peacefull assembly, etc). They can't prohibit you from praying in classrooms or cafeterias, doing so would be unconstitutional.
