It depends on how they feel about you, what you do, what they do, what outside forces affect the relationship, etc, etc, etc.......there is no absolute answer. Every relationship is different. The only way anything will happen is if one of you is honest with the other person. Since you have feelings, you have to share them for anything to happen.

...of course, I'm also inclinced to believe that guys should be the initiators in a relationship. Adam was passive in the garden and mankind has been messed up since. If he has feelings and he's worth dating, he'll step up to the plate. ...but at the same time girls are mysterious and send all sorts of mixed signals. So don't be worried about him thinking that you like him, YOU DO. So that is the right signal to send. If he's a real man he'll be the one to say something.

First of all, you start to realize that your signature is longer than the posted CGR guidelines.

Then you end up probably losing the friendship, unless you are super-careful.

i'm actaully in the transitions stage from best friends to dating. its strange. and it was really hard to deal with for a while. like, spending time together when we both knew we liked each other, but weren't sure how to proceed. it gets easier though.
