Charlie Parr - Exceptional folk musician.
Amon Tobin - Makes electronic music for video games, but his albums are supurb too.
Sparklehorse - I dont know what to say except, awesome.
Flamm J - Hip-Hop from Senegal, which appearently has a nice hip-hop scene.
Cephalic Carnage - Nice Death Metal on relapse, I need to buy some music from this band.

I'm in postal anger mode today, so I listened to a lot of Chevelle's Wonder What's Next, some old Believer (Extraction From Mortality), P.O.D.'s Fundamental Elements..., and System of a Down's Toxicity.
