Recommendations for proggy/guitar driven/atmospheric/rockish music guys? I know that's kind of vague but I'm looking for stuff like Pink Floyd, Sigur Ros, Buckethead (slower songs), or My Bloody Valentine-ish. Really digging delay-y feedbacky experimental music lately but don't know where to turn for more.

(I thought there was a recommendation thread but I can't seem to find it)

Mountains - Choral

I've been listening to this band a lot lately and they kind of meet your description. It's good music to get some work done to.

Warpaint. They are not so proggy, but are guitar driven atmo rockish slash indie. No Joy is very feedback-y and MBV-ish. More pop, though, wall of sound and that. Tamaryn, The Black Rider--probably the whole Mexican Summer label.

Maybe even Slint's Spiderland. Maybe the acquired taste of Cocteau Twins. Mogwai's Happy Songs for Happy People and Come On Die Young. Even some of the Stone Roses' songs would fit your -y description.
