Question Frustration - What To Do??

Hey there,

As you can see by the title this little Devotional is about Frustration and what to do about it.

I don't know about you, every time I get frustrated (and that's a lot), I always feel like punching or wall, or even nutting it like in the pics below.

There is a cure for FRUSTRATION however and that's GOD and his son JESUS. These wonderful tandem can heal us from all frustration (except when it's a test from God), they help us when we need help. So don't GO AND NUT A WALL OR TWO let God help. There's a sign in front of a church in the states, it's a sign that makes you laugh because of the way it has been worded, but the point it's tryin to put across is a very good and true point which can help us overcome the problems of [B]FRUSTRATION[B].

I couldn't stick the image on here (I don't why it wouldn't work for some reason), but the sign said this statement:

"DON'T LET WORRIES LET KILL YOU, LET THE CHURCH HELP"

That statement looks funny if you read it the wrong way, but if you read it in the right way, it's a statement that is very true. The church can help you get rid of your frustration, because sometimes you need to talk to somebody about your problems, it's worked for me plenty of times, and I mean plenty of times. Just talk to somebody in the church that you trust or that you are dead friendly with. Sit down with them and talk about life's problems, it'll make you feel a lot better. It works for me, it'll probably work for you too.

Frustration is hard to overcome, but with help it can be overcame.

God Bless <>< ><>

No offense, but you should have more (or any) Scripture in your devotionals.
