Sure, sorry. It's a world-wide organization that promotes the Rosary to be prayed for the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The fifteen decades of the Rosary are assigned to fifteen different people (thus each member has one particular decade that they say with fourteen other people to equal one whole Rosary each day). I am part of the 260 thousand-something Rosary I'll find a link that could explain it better.

I believe that's the offical site, St. Philomena is Patron to the Living Rosary so it's seems fitting that it would be called that.
