| Two books I would highly recommend for those of you savvy theologians:
Reaching Out by Henri Nouwen is an excellent theology of hospitality that I've thoroughly enjoyed.
The Story of Christian Theology by Roger Olson a great narrative of Eastern Orthodox Christianity.

| i have read so many books over the years. i recall reading the Lord of the Rings when i was about 8. it kind of made sense in a blurry way.
i treat books as friends, in that i visit them again and again.
unlike movies that i saw as a kid and watched again as an adult....well books still hold their charm.
i like
Fantasy stuff: Eddings, Martin, Toilken,
Christian Biographies: stories about christians and whatever stuff theyve done, inspire me
Fictional History: it may only be slightly true but its a good read.
Sports: Cricket, Rugby....what else is there?

I think my favourite concept from it is how in that "in between place" they were like ghosts...barely even REAL compared to what was there! And it wasn't even HEAVEN yet! |
