| Yeah, that's really good stuff, it's rocks out. The singer has a good voice, I expected a weenie / high voice, but he sounds really good. So do you drums, guitar... it's all good. Keep it up!

| well...it sounds like a demo. which, obviously it is (unless you just posted lower-quality mp3's). i must admit, i like the singer's voice. you guys sound tight, i like the harmonies.

| I have to add...I really like your band name! Reminds me of Jars Of Clay...(It takes more than your Saline eyes) But it's a great name!

First of all, this thread seems like spam to me; I'll be very surprised if it's not. As far as the music goes, I'm not a fan. Sure, it's well played and produced and all, but I'm not feeling anything from it. It sounds like alot of mainstream rock right now. They have the kind of sound that's getting big though, so they'll probably go places. |

Thanks for all of your responses!
To address some of your comments:
1. First, this isn't spam....We're just 5 guys using our gifts to glorify the Lord's name and minister to anyone who'll listen (read our mission statement) I posted the link here to get some much needed objective feedback. Family, friends, and fans can be a bit biased...
2. We did in fact post lo-fi mp3's b/c of restrictions of file sizes...(those .wav files are HUGE!!!!!)
3. If you want to hear a weenie voice, let me sing a bit for you!!!
4. The name "saline" was taken from Matthew 5:13...
I appreciate everyones respone! Keep em' coming!

| The music is catchy, I suppose. I don't really care for the lyrics, but then again, I've never been a big fan of those kinds of songs. *shrugs*

And now that someone else has said it first (I didn't want to have the first diss ), I agree with Jon the lyrics don't really do much for me either. But, for the style you're going for, the music is teh uberness.

| I realize that they are mp3's. however, if you had posted say a 192KBPS file, it would've sounded a lot better than the probably 92KBPS file you have up there.
