i love letters to the president...but when i was about to go see them in concert something came up (it was at YC 2005) and i got there just as they played the last chord on their last song but they are awesome... sometimes they are a little soft for me......But when Im in the mood I listen to them a lot i give them a 10!

Why does everyone bash Hawk Nelson? Because they really need to get a crucial part to good music: A sound of their own. Seriously, these Blink-182/Good Charlotte clones are getting old.

Their lyrics are atrocious, ask aero! pointed out. They have no meaning. Just words thrown together.

Melodies? It's just two notes over and over... You want good melodies? Listen to Jimmy Eat World, anything John Lennon or Paul McCartney has written, Nirvana, old Foo Fighters, Keane, and the Postal Service.

Basically, I agree with Skeeter. Completely.

I like this cd a lot. I listened to 36 Days for 2 hours straight on one roadtrip, so I'm a little tired of it... but it's a really good cd. I love punk.
