Yes, but non cc offers are pretty rare at any legitimate free site now because of all the people giving inaccurate information. Some sites lost a lot of money because the company that pays these sites found out a lot of people were frauding the system, so they didn't send them a check. The result being, unfortunately, non cc offers are gonna be hard to come by now.
