if youre not then its a good website to get free ipods... i know many people that have done it. not sure about an age requirement though

They won't send junk mail unless one of the offers you sign up for happens to do it. But the site itself won't sell your address to anyone. As for spam emails, they used to not offer this, but I believe that when you sign up now, they offer you the option to opt out of getting such emails, though I could be wrong since I got out of the free stuff ring like a year ago.
