I have a problem

Ok. I like this girl that one of my friends used to like. I told him about it and he said he doesnt know if he likes her anymore. I dont want to ruin our friendship over a girl so i am leaving it alone. Its been a while since i last talked to him about it and he never really answered the question. What do i do? Any help would be great.

Well if you friend still hasn't answered the question then there's still a chance that he still likes her. I'd suggest just leaving the whole thing, girl and all, alone. What if you ask her out and your friend gets mad and hates you and then later on you and her split? You're left with nothing. Would that really be worth it?

Unless you are ready to get married to someone, I wouldn't risk doing anything. Likes for others come and go many times.

crushes come and go like fads, man. But friends are hard to find. I'd say leave this one alone, unless you're friend assures you he's cool with it.

Even if he DOES.. my sister's best friend was engaged to a guy, broke up with him.. and then told my sister that my sister could date him if she wanted.. so my sister did, the two girls are no longer friends.

so concent doesn't mean all that much. So, if you have consent.. give it a good amount of time first at least.

Well...I'd always been under the impression that a friends' exs (say, how do you right [edit: I meant "write] "ex" plurally, anyways?) were off-limits. But then, from the sound of it your friend never actually went out with this girl.

I'd suggest that if you actually want to go out with this girl, and she was never actually his girlfriend, you should run it by your friend first, and get a solid yes or no answer, and then go ahead.

haha, tell that to all the kids here locally! All the kids on my lil bro's high school basketball team trade girlfriends like it's going out of style or something!
