Maybe, but odds are whoever wrote Gsus meant Gsus4...and there's no 4 in there.

3x0013 is a decent option. Often when I'm playing with a full band, I'll use x30033, which has the wrong note in the bass, but if there's a bass guitar, that's usually OK. That form, I find, emphasizes the resolution to x20033 (G, again, with the wrong bass note).

Why do you get rid of the B in the 3x0013 version? Also...is sus4 like the default sus chord? For example Dsus everyone plays xx0233 but that's adding the 4th right? Or am I confused?

tried it. it doesn't work. maybe a super-mod can do that or something, but i can't. definitely would if i could though. it seems to be ignored...

...i'm really surprised nobody made a joke about the fact that "Gsus" can be pronounced "Jesus"....
