Ah, yes... well. For most of us, we're used to navigating past cattle and deer in the road. Getting around a lot of other cars puts us in a bit of a panic. Not me specifically, but I see it all the time. If I'm behind someone who wants to make a left turn on to the main drag, it can take for-flippin-ever. Apparently, three full blocks is not a safe enough distance. You have to wait til there are NO cars visible. Ugh.

Washington has it's issues too. I was driving past the King Dome? I'm not sure what it was, but I was on I-5, and the basketball game let out. I was pretty much parked on I-5 for three solid hours. With an impatient terrier who needed to piddle.

I am out in pomeroy wa at wild west rally this weekend. I think I went through 1100 pics today and who knows how many I'll take tomorrow. Not really looking forward to sorting and post processing.

Sorting is one of my least favorite activities... once I get them sorted, the rest goes pretty quick.

2 of my 4gb cards are 100% full and a 3rd has a bunch as well. Somewhere around 2000+ pics to go through. What a weekend!

Wow, that's a crazy number of pictures! AND YOU STILL HAVE TO DO THE MT ST HELENS ONES AS WELL!

Definitely sounds like a crazy time, once I get the phone issues all sorted out (tonight? tomorrow morning?) you'll have to tell me about it

Yoinked from Art's blog... I had to fix the questions from 34 down, I just couldn't deal with the 2day's the ur's and rite's. Art, you're a more patient man than I am apparently

1. What was the last thing you put in your mouth?
Orbitz Cinnamint gum

2. Where was your profile picture taken?
on facebook, inside the enginebay of my car, at my old house. Here, I don't have one set.

3. Can you play Guitar Hero?
Not at all

4. Name someone who made you laugh today.
Ryan

5. How late did you stay up last night and why?
Probably midnight, just trying to relax and unwind from the weekend

6. If you could move somewhere else, where would it be?
I'd love to move to the south pacific and sail around and such, not terribly realistic at the moment though. I'd say that I definitely don't need to move 20* south at this point, right now about 3* would be pretty great.

7. Ever been kissed under fireworks?
Not yet

8. Which of your friends lives closest to you?
Well, now that Ryan is a roommate, I suppose he wins. If we're talking at a seperate residence, Pete.

9. Do you believe ex's can be friends?
Yeah, though not best friends (since if you're best friends, why are you ex's???)

10. How do you feel about Dr Pepper?
It's delicious, however it's 100x more delicious if it's the real cane sugar Dr. Pepper.

11. When was the last time you cried really hard?
Really hard? Probably February of 1997...

12. Who took your profile picture?
I think I had my dad take the picture, it is quite hilarious

13. Who was the last person you took a picture of?
Well my camera took a picture of Noelle and I, but that wasn't really me was it?

14. Was today better than yesterday?
No, today I am back up north, and at work. Even with 4 hours of driving yesterday > today

15. Can you live a day without TV?
definitely

16. Are you upset about anything?
Not particularly

17. Do you think relationships are ever really worth it?
Most assuredly

18. Are you a bad influence?
Never

19. Night out or night in?
Depends on what I'm up to. I generally like quieter settings since I'm not a huge crowd person

20. What items could you not go without during the day?
I can probably go without just about everything. If we're saying should not go without, I'd say... Pants.

21. Who was the last person you visited in the hospital?
My mom back in 2004. I avoid hospitals religiously.

22. What does the last text message in your inbox say?
"Yeah. But it's still a pain in the butt."

23. How do you feel about your life right now?
Honestly, I've been so busy and running so much I am mostly enjoying the moments as they come, and haven't really thought about it.

24. Do you hate anyone?
I try not to. There are some people I avoid because I don't enjoy their company much, but I won't go so far as to wish them ill, which I find is a big part of hate.

25. If we were to look in your facebook inbox, what would we find?
Not much, some event invites and such, but I generally don't use the messaging feature there.

26. Say you were given a drug test right now, would you pass?
Naturally, unless they tested for adrenaline or endorphins or something

27. Has anyone ever called you perfect before?

28. What song is stuck in your head?
Danny Boy. No, I'm not kidding.

29 . Someone knocks on your window at 2:00 a.m., who do you want it to be?
Who do I want it to be? well, that's obvious. Who would it most likely be... Not a clue.

30. Wanna have grandkids by the time you're 50?
Oh lord no, I'm 26 and not married yet, to get married, have kids, and then to get them to get married and have kids in the next 24 years is a scary thought.

31. Name something you are doing tomorrow?
Going to work!

32. Do you think too much or too little?
Almost always too much, except for the times I should think things through, and I simply act without thinking. Other times I should act I overanalyze everything for epic fail.

33. Do you smile a lot?
Quite a bit lately, I find the facial excersize to be rather stimulating.

34. What celebrity do people say you look like?
Never have been told that...

35. Who are you thinking about right now?
Right now, the guys at work I guess, getting ready to talk about some stuff that we're working on

36. What is your favorite saying right now?
"Boss, you're delicious" or maybe "this aggression will not stand... man"

37. How was your day today?
Well, I was a bit late in the morning, but it seems alright. It's been productive at least.

38. Is there anything exciting going on in your life?
Quite a few, it's tumultous! (In a very good way)

39. Who is your favorite singer?
Such a tough question, ugh. I'm going to say Lori Chaffer of Waterdeep

40. Do you have a best friend?
I am saddened that this question exists. Everyone should have at least one best friend.

41. What is your favorite musical?
The Blues Brothers

42. What is your favorite show?
Animated: Futurama, Live: House (currently)

43. What is your favorite animal?
For a pet: Dogs, for eating... Lamb?

44. Have you uploaded any pics lately?
Yeah, seems like it's pretty frequent these days, and I'm still behind.

45. Do you like oprah?
Negative, especially with her new agey cult crap that she keeps espousing.

46. What is your favorite celine dion song?
To quote Simon & Garfunkel "The sounds of silence"

47. What is your favorite mariah carey song?
Given the amount of 'ur's' in this survey, I will labor under the notion that it was written by a 13 year old girl.

48. If you had the choice to buy food or make up what would you pick?
See previous answer. Also, the answer is food.

49. Sports or shopping?
As long as we're including racing here, definitely sports.

50. Mexican, Italian, or Chinese food?
Yes please! Seriously though, no good Chinese places near me, and I haven't been over to seattle for dim sum in way too long.

51. Beyonce or Mariah Carey?

52. What is your favorite summer memory?
Probably my summer with teen missions. Recently though, Mt. St. Helens was amazing.

53. Who is the last person you talked to on the phone?
Aside from customers/coworkers, cell says I talked to Mom, yesterday.

54. Movie quote?
Far too many, but I find this one to be consistently entertaining:

"Say what you will about National Socialism, at least it's an ethos!" -Walter Sobchak

55. Most embarrassing moment?
Were there but one, and my mental faculties so limited that I'd type it here.

Prep & dishes at a fish fry, though I worked my way up to fry cook woot!

63. Who was the FIRST person to text you today?
Noelle

Mrs. Okita

66. Where did you go on your FIRST ride on an airplane?
Syracuse, NY, the same place many, many of my airplane rides ended up

If you just want a friend, why does she have to be pretty? Not-pretty girls can be good friends too.

I'm not sure what you're referring to. I have friends of all levels of attractiveness, both male & female. Heck, I've certainly been the less attractive friend before

Definitely a highlight of being a journals mod.

Andrew, what year is your Galant? It reminds me of my first car.

Ah, mine was an '89. I had way too much fun in that car. It smoked more than John Wayne.
