| The Drones Club Ho.
I fully expect this to bomb, as it should, me being extremely new and all. But whatever....
Besides being new, there's the added danger of me, doing as I often do, and prattling endlessly about endlessly uninteresting subjects, usually some sort of odd, culture rant, or psycho-babble about nothing but nothing but nothing but even more of nothing, I'm a big fan of enormously intricate sentences that really say nothing, but have all those huge "Candy Words" in them.
My Mountain Dew is running out.
I could say whatever I want, and nobody would notice. There's a certain freedom in being obscure, unknown, new and ignored...
Later.

| Twice in one day must be a record for the terminally ignored, not that I'm blaming anyone....
Haha. This is like talking to myself.
Ever wonder what other people see in the mirror? I doubt it's what we see when we look at them, just like you never sound like yourself on recordings.
Woopsie Dazie, sick men need rest,
ill teens are another matter, so I'll cop out on that one and keep rambling on until my shadow overtakes me or my parents get home and ask me how long I've been online, (All evening)

| Saturday Evening Saturday, posting once again.
I was reading Wodehouse today, and, like Christopher Buckley said, it's impossible to be sad when reading about Jeeves and Bertie.
I actually wasn't reading about that intrepid pair, I was instead mostly reading about The Drones Club... Hey you! Reply to this thread. I don't care if anybody else does, but you specifically must.
Blah. Saturday evenings can be so boring.

| Hey, thanks!
Yeah, I kind of expected it to be slow and silent for awhile. I should put a link to it in my signature, or something, but I don't spend that much time online anyway, so it's a pretty dry blog to visit.
So by now it's Christmas Eve, and since I live in Ohio, I'm looking out at piles and piles of snow, this much snow isn't fun anymore (it's cold and dry and resists packing of any kind, and you can't have fun in the snow if the nasty stuff doesn't pack)
So I'm stuck inside, typing in my blog, and practicing the melody part for "God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen" for the program at church tonight. Bleagh. My part is only like a minute long, and playing the same minute long loop time after time on guitar for endless hours becomes mind-numbing.
But it's better than finger numbing...Like outdoors.
I still haven't finished the Wodehouse book, savoring it apparently. I still haven't hit Wooster and Jeeves. So much the better. for once, a nice, normal emoticon... That's personally quite relaxing.

| It's me again.....
I suppose to run a blog that you really ought to be there at least once a day, to keep things interesting so that people don't come and read and then just read twice more and decide that it isn't worth reading, not if the kid who writes it only visits sporadically. But it's a new way to blog, only it's been pioneered by those with little time or less work ethic for a long time.
In other words, this is either a very original blog or a very stupid one, but who said it can't be both?? My opinion is that originality isn't always a better product, if you find a new way to do something badly, then you still are doing something badly.
But I have an excuse. First it was Christmas, and following that, my cousins from PA came Sunday and I've been busy being busy and doing weird things with my cousin.
Anybody here ever make a Cincinnati fire kite? that's one thing we tried, and it didn't work to well, basically, the way you make it is take a basically square piece of paper and tape the four corner together in the middle, then you take it outside, and light the four new corners, technically it creates a self-destroying hot air balloon, but only one of ours even took off.
Also, it's not reccomended to make them at night, it scares people to see a burning diamond rising through the sky.
Or at least it should.
My family's new Christmas Tradition of attending Midnight Mass at a Catholic church in the area with our Catholic friends has unfortunately pushed aside our other modern tradition of getting Chinese take-out Christmas Eve, and I ask, which is more appealing? Chinese food or Mass? If you aren't Catholic?
Well, we went to Mass...

| thanks for that, it gets a little lonely in the nether world where no but you talks (not that I usually have a problem with that, I usually talk more than most of the girls I know, but it's like Everyday Sunday said, "ya got something to say then say it loud.")
We are, in terms of years, exactly the same age.
I feel safe saying that on CGR... It's an ugly world out there....
Well, my Buckeyes beat Oklahoma State last night, actually, a better term would be "vanquished" or "obliterated" or "demolished." or maybe I'll just state it in terms anybody should be able to understand, 33-7.
Here's a thing I've wondered about for a while; if critics hate a band that you like, and they are, incidently, from your hometown, and yet you usually agree with critics, do you possibly just like the band to support the "hometown boys" or maybe you really like their music, trashy as some jaded man with a pen (keyboard) thinks it is?
Not a question that can, or deserves to be for that matter, answered.
I wish I could write music better, because I've been whacking out some really nice improv pieces on guitar, but obviously, nothing comes of that, if all you do is sit on your bed and mess with an acoustic guitar. Imagine walking onto a stage and saying,
"Hey y'all, thanks for paying to watch me make stuff up on guitar."
Scary thing is, some people do.

| Me again, typing from the Library, ah, what is it with parents disliking CGR? Maybe it's 'cause we all admit that it's addictive, and parents don't like their kids to be addicted...
Me and my lonely blog...
Hey, somebody reply soon, any kid like me is gonna sprain his brain reading his own writing, (I can read my own handwriting, but no one else can.)
Conversely, I can probably understand my own typing, but no one else wants to.
My New Year's Eve plans are awful, over to a friend of my parents house, where I get to keep company with two kids who, well, they're nice for their age I suppose, but not my type.
over'n out.

| Where was I? in front of the computer, I believe.
When the sun rose on all the sleeping people this morning, it skipped Ohio.
Drat.
I'm Replying to myself, and talking to your own person is supposed to be a sign of insanity, but there's enough of them in my life one more can't convince my poor friends any more than the ones they already have. I shoulda posted something in the songwriting forum, I have a new one.
Hey, if I post it, somebody please RC it, because if no one replies to a song you post, it either means that everyone loves it, or nobody cares.
Anybody read my first one? (sleeping bags, sleeping pills and virtual reality)
I'm listening to the wonderful sounds of Sanctus Real. Dudes from my home state! Yay!
Here's a discussion question, that I shall discuss with myself, considering... Is there a difference between good self-esteem and ACCURATE self-esteem?
I'm inclined to think so, seeing as many people would have awful self esteem if they really had an accurate picture of themselves, myself included, sadly.
ramble, babble, gibber...It's all the same when it's you who's doing it...
Ah, busyness.
Anybody still asleep?
I'm not, more's the pity.

BTW, my red raiders beat cal by two TDs.
