| I would just like to reiterate that Anchor Steam Beer is definitely in the top 10 of American beers.

| I turn 21 in little under one month but I'm not sure whether I'll be drinking or not. We just got colony status with our new fraternity and if pledge starts before then I'll have to be dry until pledge ends.

| I just recently visited the New Orleans Cigar Factory and picked me up a couple for post-graduation celebrations. I got a Tres Hermanos Numero Tres and a Plantation Reserve Robusto. |

Is the Dead Guy Ale any good? I've always wanted to try it but have never gone through with it. It seems like something else always grabs my attention and I pass it by. |

Just a suggestion.... If anyone is ever in the northern Arizona area, I would highly recommend stopping by the Prescott Brewing Company in downtown Prescott. They have a selection of excellent beer.... |

Worth trying every so often, but it's not a regular for me. It's got a sweeter, malty flavor, offset a bit by a mild hoppy bitterness. I want to describe it as almost caramel or butterscotchy. And at 6.5% abv, it packs a decent punch. |

#3849 | | It's over 9000!!!!!!! | I love Rogue. Dead guy, and Arrogant Bastard are great. I think I prefer the Chocolate Stout though. Normally I am not a fan of "flavored" beer. But the Chocolate Stout is very good. |

| All of Rogue's beers are wonderful, but Arrogant Bastard isn't one of them.
One other Rogue plus: the main brewery is located in Newport, OR. It's local!
I live in the microbrew capital of the country. |

| Just tried Black Wych stout a couple days ago. Was half decent. Nothing to brag about but not bad either. It was drank from a bottle and was pretty warm, so that also affects it a bit.
Also tried Danfields rye. I like it quite a it - I like the flavor more then Crown, but it has a lot more bite to it. My favourite rye is still Crown Royal Special Reserve, but it is twice the price. |

| I had never had Smithwicks before, and with it being over-produced in the run-up to St. Paddy's day, I was able to find some for a good price in the middle of last week. Without having had a Newcastle in some time, I would say that Smithwicks and Newcastle are basically equals in strengths and weaknesses, and so if I'm after a brown ale in the future, I'll buy whichever of the two can be had for less.
