Heheh.

I have to admit, I have a soft place in my heart for Black 'n Milds. Also those little "cowboy" cigars that come 15 or so to a pouch and are all gnarly and ragged looking. Some are dipped in various kinds of whiskey. They are so ghetto, but I love 'em.

Whiskey? Hm, so alcohol *and* tobacco--two vices for the price of one.

but I have decided that it is a sin to smoke convenience store cigars... they just aren't good quality... they smell bad and taste bad (compared to handmade cigars and pipe tobacco)...
My best friend and I picked up a 5-pack of Honeys at a Canadian gas station last summer for like $10 Canadian (which is approximately $1.38 US currency). They weren't too bad. Sweet taste, nice smell. Burned a little fast. I guess that's why I chain-smoked three of them. It was a good time. Two good buddies, good theological discussion, and cheap cigars.

Question: is Presbyterian mix a harsher blend, or is it more aromatic? I'm curious... I'm going to see if any of the shops around here have it.

Yes... and I like them a lot. I bought some at a gas station once (because I was shocked they actually carried them. usually they're hard to find) and there was an Indian guy behind me. He was shocked that I knew what a bidi was... so he gave me a cigarette and talked to me whilest we smokethed in the parking lot.

I don't think it smells good at all. I've never smoked it myself... I like the sweeter smelling ones myself... that's why I never tried it. I know my brother hates it though.

I don't think it smells good either. Johnny Rob likes it. The one Chris usually smokes smells really good.

You realize that all of the refined sugar in those cookies and ice cream is terrible for your body....right? Do you make sure that your salads contain only organic produce and that your meat is 100% organic as well? If not, you are consuming some chemicals (drugs) that really aren't good for you. Don't want to poison that temple now, do we?

Actually, I tried a Black n Mild the other day and hated it... it smelled good, but it tasted terrible... but as for those cowboy cigars, I think the brand is called Backwoods... I've been wanting to try some of those, because I bought a couple Mexican cigars that looked like those and were dipped in rum... they were probably the best cigars i've ever had... I got them at a cigar and pipe store for $1 a piece... good stuff...

Oh yeah... I just bought a corncob pipe this morning... its great, and the bowl is small, so I can have a quick smoke...

I've thought about trying to find some wrapping leaves, so that I can make a few homemade cigars with my favorite pipe tobacco for those times when I just don't have the time to use the pipe... I wouldn't know what kind to get, though...

The Backwoods are great. I like the mild and aromatic. The only problem I have with them is that the tobacco tends to get in you mouth. Thay are kinda rough on the ends.

I was just wondering if anyone tried the apple slice and if it worked for them. Did it change the taste of the tobacco?

Actually, I did try it. I left it in there for over 24 hours.... the tobacco was still way too dry. Then again... the tobacco was over a year old... and it had been in my trunk for the majority of that time. Maybe that was why. Anyways... I'll have to try it again some time. I'm sure I didn't do it correctly.
