Well, I spent almost the entire time hanging out with this really sweet 13 year old girl. This girl, sadly to say, isn't all there in the head, if ya know what I mean... I love hanging out with her... but some times it can be trying. The friend I would usually hang out with said that I should just tell her to go away, she knows this girl well, and suposidly the girl wouldn't mind... but I'm not good at shooing people away... and after finding out that she is vertually friendless... and is soo incredibly excited that I extended my friendship tward her... well.. I couldn't do that.
Saterday night, my family took a couple of people out to diner. One of the guys there was just hilarious. Our waitress was a young girl, around 19 I'd say. Our table was soo out going toward her, and the young gentelmen was being so much fun.. that she just loved talking to us. Well, after awile, she asked us what conference we were going to. We were all still wearing our name tags, the same name tags she'd seen on costomers all through the day. Now, she'd asked others earlyer, but they didn't want to tell her (probably cause they were new to house churching, and it imbarressed them). So, we gladly explained it to her. AND SHE WAS INTERESTED!!! She's NOT a christian, but she's interested in religion, and she's searching. So, we invited her to come. The moment we left the resteraunt my mom started taking bets on who thought she'd make it. LOL!! I was the only one who was confident. I mean, how could she pass it up?? Besides, it had God's finger prints all over it! (yes, this IS what I was thinking at the time). The next day, as we drove into the conference parking lot, there she was! Later, when we had the love feast (what the new testement christians did for communion (see history books, or bible)) she and the young hilarious gentelmen sat with me. After the meal, one of the 5 people I was sitting with asked her if we could pray. She agreed, and so we all held hands, and prayed for her. She has the e-mail addresses of the people at the conffernce (including my familys) and is planing on contacting us I so hope she'll actually decide to make Jesus her Lord. | cool...

| Today was very interesting. I spent from 9 am - 3 pm canning spinage. Wow, my feet were killing me! That left we very little time before youth group. Very interesting... my parents, who hate youth groups, have been acting like my going is just a part of life. I was expecting alot of resistance (of wich I wouldn't have fought... cause I didn't want to go myself ).
My cgr friend wasn't there tonight. But it was cool anyway The speaker spoke about something that I needed to hear..
through out the night people kept asking me were my CGR friend was.. hehe, as if I can keep track? Perhaps now people wont think of me as being there just to see him. So, yeah, I found a group of girls to hang with, and it was really cool. The game they played was one where you throw balls at the oposit team. Now, this youth group has big strong guys in it.... and as I told my new friends...
there's only one thing more dangerous then a boy... a boy holding something.
Those balls were flying at speeds that would hurt on impacked... I was NOT putting myself in the front lines...
My family might be inviting a girl at my sister's (frog's) school to live with us. She's a christian, and she needs a place to stay. If we don't let her stay here... she'll have to drop collage. I think this will be an awesome oportunity for my family to be of service to a sister in the Lord I offered my room. So, after living in my own room for the past 17 years, I might now be sharing with my older sister. Well, guess we'll see how it all works out. |

| Well, other then that being a chore to place everything away,...
God is good I've been thinking about the love that my CGR friends have shown me. And it is so incredibly different from what I've experianced before. People who will love me know matter what I do, that's only found in a family. But yet, that's what we are! We're the family of God!!
Well, I'm going to go read God's word a bit.
till next time! |

| Well, my room has gone from a huge mess, to boxes. I've moved a good deal of my belongings into other parts of the house. Some to the basment, others into the hallway, and some of them into other famly members rooms. I can't find anything, cause it's all packed in different boxes! Then, after working on my room all day. Being the ONLY one working hard... I was the one chosen to work in the garden that night. MORE stress.
My cloths went into my parents room. I woke up this morning, and my dad told me I needed to find another place to store my cloths cause my mom couldn't get to the BACK of her closet (walk in, very big closet :kmad , and when I tryed to tell him how silly that sounded, my sister started YELLING at me for being so SELFISH for keeping my closes there! Give me a brake!!! I DON'T HAVE A ROOM let a lone a clost anymore! What do they expect??!?? After that I just walked away and cryed. I couldn't take it.... My dad came in my room and apologized for leting my sister yell at me. I tryed to talk, but couldn't. With that he took me into his arms and just held me and let me cry. Have you ever let your dad do that? I love my dad
Later, my mom took off. She didn't tell anyone that she was going. She just left. You should have seen my dad he was so worried, and his voice soo sad. He was afraid of what mom would do... cause she was really upset when he saw her last... and an upset woman should not be on the rode :ksad:, my dad's being scared just made me scared. So, we all started working on cleaning the house. Well, my mom came back an hour before church. She didn't even notice that the house looked great. She just critizised us for lunch not being prepared, and a couple little things still needing done. :ksad:
Well, tonight is the first night sleeping in my sisters, so keep me in prayer. |

| well, I'm writting this from my secret cave... actually, it's just my basment. But because I'm completly in the dark, it feels like I'm in a cave. On the other side of the room the coutch on which I've been sleeping stands. I would be sleeping sweetly on it... but the cat stole my place. lol.. he likes to sleep there. So I'll wait a little longer before kicking him off When I woke this morning, it was snowing. That made me happy. It was beutiful.. eapecially since non of it stuck to the ground.
got into a fight with my mom about school. Must remember to keep mouth shut in future. |
