| Ive lived in an area where theur was no control on the illicit drug trade growing up. Its worse than being wakened by a helicopter when there is a gunfight in the alley behind your house. All in all, as compared with what life is like in those places, I think a helicopter disturbing your peace is a small price to pay for the relative safety you enjoy.
Now if they send helicopters after guys with weed you are lucky to live in an area with that low of crime. (Unless "homie" had a freaking ton in a semi or something) This just does not ring true. Helicopter fuel is expensive and police helicopters are normally called in dangerous situations.

Really? Wouldn't a theonomic government just punish people who were equivalent to being a drunkard from whatever substance rather than outlaw the substances themselves?
| Probably.

If it wasn't illicit, would there still be so much violence surrounding it? |

| Just for fun:
1 ton of good marijuana...
1/8th of an ounce = $50.
1 ounce = $400
1 pound = $6,400
1 ton = $12,800,000
