That's javascript, HTML doesn't have that ability.

You won't get many return visitors if you do that. If people want to close your site, they don't want it to pop up again. Again that's javascript, as is the redirect. You could do a crude kind of redirect in html, using frames.

Really, if you want to find out how to do these things, just search google or yahoo.

[QUOTE=ImOnFire;1658373]Some people here on CGR, asked me to fill them in a little about basic HTML...mostly for this forum, only not PHP codes. So here is the the very small "turtorial" I made...

Here we go...

For a really really cool maruqee HTML that I just learned

I am a really cool marquee

HTML for that:

HTML Code:
<center><marquee width="42" behavior="alternate" scrollamount="40" scrolldelay="1000">hello :confused </marquee></center>
Is there another way to do that?

Well, I'm trying to make this image scroll across. Is there any way to do that?

Much of the information in this thread is out-of-date and deprecated. Why don't you mods unstickify it? I'd even be happy to start a new one with more up-to-date information.
