EXIT>EAST Joins The Absolute Modern Worship Tour; With Big Daddy Weave, Todd Agnew

Newly-signed Fervent Records group EXIT>EAST joins label mates Big Daddy Weave and Ardent Records' Todd Agnew for the 20-plus city Absolute Modern Worship Tour this February and March.

Beginning February 3 and stopping in key markets- Detroit, MI, Columbus, OH, Birmingham, AL and others, the tour will help promote the latest installation of the Absolute series, Absolute Modern Worship, releasing January 25.

"As a band we've been on many regional tours, but this will be our first national tour. We are not only excited about being on the road with Big Daddy Weave and Todd Agnew- we are honored. Both of these artists create compelling, life engaging music and we are ecstatic about the opportunity to stand on the same stage with them. We are in prayer that God will convey his Truth through each of the artists as we strive to reflect Him in our own unique art, " shares Jason Foust of EXIT>EAST.

The series also includes Absolute Worship, Absolute Smash Hits and Absolute Favorite Christmas, which have together sold over 300,000 units in just eleven months making it CBA Marketplace's best selling new series launch in the last two years. EXIT>EAST is featured on the album performing "All Of This," the current AC/CHR single from their self-titled label debut releasing January 18.

EXIT>EAST members Jason Foust, lead vocals and keyboard, Jon Stanley, lead guitar, Mitch Brooks, bass, and Chris Lindsey, drums, all hail from the Atlanta, GA area where they began their music career in 1999 as a worship band. Winning AtlantaFest's "Artist Search" contest in 2003, producer Otto Price (Out of Eden, Grits, BarlowGirl) took note of the band and came on board to produce the album. The resulting sound melds catchy guitar parts, floor-shaking drums and groove-heavy bass lines.

The Absolute Modern Worship Tour is sponsored by World Vision, a Christian relief and development organization dedicated to helping children and their communities worldwide reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty.

Founded in 2001 by Susan Riley, Fervent Records is distributed through Provident Integrity Distribution. In addition to the new Absolute series Fervent Record's critically acclaimed roster includes BarlowGirl, Big Daddy Weave, By The Tree, Palisade and Exit East.
