We're going to play a show and judge the responses of others before we commit 100% to the name. Soon after hopefully we'll be able to record some demo tracks somehow.

We've all got ideas. We are the music makers. We make money to buy things, and write down words.

Check out my new band, The Morning Glass.

Just an update, and I'll be starting a new thread soon...

My new band is officially called The Morning Glass. We don't have any recordings yet, but we are thinking about getting some basic practice sessions recorded soon. Add us on myspace, it'll be fantastic.

Does Facebook have a music player? Either way, if you want to follow us on Facebook, it's here

Any story behind the name?

The morning glass is an ocean condition used to describe the calmness of the ocean early in the morning. There's not really much of a story behind it, but that's what the name means.

The Morning Glass thread.

Ah, similar phrase most likely applies to the glass-like features of a lake in a calm morning before the sun rises.

Probably. I haven't spent much time around lakes.
