Did you mean for this to be in the RC forum? Or did you want to stick that in the Anglican/Episcopal forum?

I suppose I am an Anglican too, since my home church is an Anglican church....

The liberal heresies of the ACC as a whole disgust me, but I am pleased with how my parish obeys the Word of God.

I am an Anglican, and I probably am the sole representative of the "not happy being Anglican" segment of our population. Before you say, "If you don't like it, go be a Presbyterian," realize that I did not say I dislike Anglicanism; I am simply heartbroken at the events in our Communion over the years that have snowballed in the last couple years. It's particularly disheartening to me as a youth minister at an Episcopal Church to feel completely powerless to do anything more than wait and see what others will do.

To tell you the truth, i wanted to know this because i was an anglican but i did not really understand it. It is mainly due to the fact that our town only has a reverned entering into our small community every 2 or 3 months. i did not really see the point of following a religion they never there in my community. I am now just a "christian" not a part of any church group. I just believe in God and have accepted him in my life

thanks for you reply

Anglicanism is like the bridge between the protestant and catholic churches, it's like the best of both worlds.

I agree. If I were in your shoes, I would definitely find another church, not because I dislike the Anglican Church, but because they obviously wouldn't be able to provide the needs of their communicants in my area, and other churches could do so.
