| Nobody said the pinnacle of all "D" bands: Daniel Amos
13 full-length albums between 1975 and 2001, including the famed four-part Alarma Chronicles. Two of their albums, Horrendous Disc and Alarma, were named in the top "100 Greatest Albums in Christian Music" by CCM.
Artist like Randy Stonehill, The 77s, Phil Keaggy, Steve Taylor, Jimmy Abegg, Phil Madeira, Crystal Lewis, This Train, Carolyn Arends, The Throes, The Choir, Mortal, Larry Norman, Doug TenNapel, Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, Deliverance, Starflyer59 and Collective Soul have listed Daniel Amos as one of their "inspirations."
Also, Daniel Amos was the first artist named to CCM Magazine's rock "hall-of-fame." |

| Devil Wears Prada.
But I think they count more for the 'T' category because of their acronym 'tdwp.'
