This negatively affected my tone in ways that I just can't describe.
Then, on a whim, a few years ago I wandered into a Bath and Body Works store at a local mall and picked up some of their gentle foaming anti-bacterial hand cleansers.
The difference in my guitar's sound is so wickedly improved that I no longer feel the need to buy a new amp or pedals or even strings...EVER!
So, it's my belief that tone is in the soap.
Thank you and goodnight.

Nobody said the pinnacle of all "D" bands: Daniel Amos

13 full-length albums between 1975 and 2001, including the famed four-part Alarma Chronicles. Two of their albums, Horrendous Disc and Alarma, were named in the top "100 Greatest Albums in Christian Music" by CCM.
Artist like Randy Stonehill, The 77s, Phil Keaggy, Steve Taylor, Jimmy Abegg, Phil Madeira, Crystal Lewis, This Train, Carolyn Arends, The Throes, The Choir, Mortal, Larry Norman, Doug TenNapel, Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, Deliverance, Starflyer59 and Collective Soul have listed Daniel Amos as one of their "inspirations."
Also, Daniel Amos was the first artist named to CCM Magazine's rock "hall-of-fame."

Devil Wears Prada.

But I think they count more for the 'T' category because of their acronym 'tdwp.'

Even if there is only one possible unified theory, it is just a set of rules and equations. What is it that breathes fire into the equations and makes a universe for them to describe? The usual approach of science of constructing a mathematical model cannot answer the questions of why there should be a universe for the model to describe. - Stephen Hawking
