Give it to Mike?

There are tons of books I want to read, I could spend $50 easily.

If you don't already own it, buy Fretboard Logic SE (assuming you play guitar, cause this is a guitar site). I think I was able to find some guitar pedals on there as well. If you don't play guitar, get BLACK, RED, and WHITE by Ted Dekker. Excellent books. If that doesn't sound good, PM me, and I'll give an adress where you can donate gift certificates. It might be my adress, it might not. Seriously if you play then I highly recomend Fretboard Logis SE. God Bless!

-Matt

P.S.
Don't forget to PM me for my, er, a adress. (hehehe)

who says you have to buy books at amazon? i've ordered quite a bit of stuff from them and it's rarely been books to be quite honest. they sell music gear through some online retailers too. so, assuming the gift certificate is good for anything on the amazon site and not just amazon only items you could get strings, supplies, etc.

if you're gonna get a book see if they have the book "rich mullins: his life and legacy, an arrow pointing to heaven". written by smith (can't remember his first name). that my friend is an EXCELLENT book. it's not just a biography by any means. i got sooo much out of that book and the others i've heard who have read it did as well.

I'l consider Rock Discipline. I've already gone through part of it (but it wasn't mine, it was from the library...). I think I'm considering getting some gear off amazon. What I've been G.A.Ssing for lately would prolly be a delay pedal (which is basically near impossible to get one with tap tempo for less then $50 new...), some parts for my guitar project (which BTW- is on hold for the moment. School has been keeping me busy...), and any cool doo dads or knick knacks anyone has.

I've heard the same from my Dad. We are both avid readers and he says they are the best books he has read in years. He owns the third and will be buying the first two. As soon as he does, they're mine.
