I’m excited yet nervous at the same time, the James 10:2 verse is perfect for what I’m speaking about I’m also going to use Romans 8:28 it’s easy for me to relate to kids that are really screwed up my problem comes in showing good kids that without Christ they’re screwed up too. Hopefully the Peter and Paul examples will hit home for those kids. Our God is truly an amazing God; one of the recent things God is using in my life is the loss of my job in June. He’s opened the door for me to go back to school so I’m majoring in Elementary Education, and I’m almost done with my online Bible school so by the time I finish I’ll have an AA in Christian ministries and a BA in education. I’m hoping to be used in lots of different ways. Thanks again for all your help you guys are all awesome brothers and sisters in Christ..

Paul used to kill Christians. He then ends up writing 2/3 of the New Testament.
Job is also another good example, although he didn't necessarily fail...
Also, you need to define failure. Do we define it by the world's standards or by God's? What constitutes failure as a Christian?
