I guess I joined too late, but I got my first set of Pearl's on Ebay. It was a steal. Paid $510 for 1995 Pearl Export 5 piece (22,16,13,12,14) with hardware and it came with a set of three old rototoms, a old double bass pedal, 14" Camber hats, 10" A Custom splash, 16" A Paperthin Crash, 18" A Crash/Ride. I would say go Ebay, if you do research on drums first and know what you are doing. Also learn how to bid smart.

Okay... I have a lot to tell and ask.
First, the church that I was playing drums at closed up a few weeks ago.
So, a new church moved into my churches building. And know it ends up...
I'm the churches fill-in drummer.
This new church has a Pearl drum kit, Sabian cymbals and has a glass
shield. The problem is, the Crash and the Ride don't sound good.
The Crash doesn't sound to good. And, the Ride carries out to long.
They bought the cymbals off ebay.

Does anyone know what cymbals would be good to possibly get.
Thanks

I'm sorry to do this to you but, I won't be needing cymbals after all.
This is because I am the lead singer and guitarist for a band that my
family and I started. So now on Sundays we will be going and playing
are songs at different churches!! Sorry to put you through all that.
