I think if this movie were made in america with american actors, it would have blown goats.
The british humour carries this movie into the brilliance category for sure!
*anathema* | Right. Not a spoof, just a comedy with zombies. I mean, the zombies were no joke in this film. They really were bloodthirsty and violent.

| The movie was titled "Shaun of the Dead". This of course was of no coincidence... |

| did you even watch the same movie we did? You are desperately clawing at us that you dont like it, fine, whatever. Did I mention the homage to romero, and what did romero direct/write? Dawn of the dead. I have seen a ton of zombie movies, and didnt recognize an obvious spoof at all in it. It was original, funny, love/survival story with zombies thrown in. It wasnt scary movie 3 where the spoofs were everywhere, it was paying respects to the great horror movies out there.

*anathema* | Agreed. It was more of an homage than a parody. |

Yes you do Amanda pants. Its not that you have to like the movie. However, if you're going to try and explain WHY you didn't like the film then your reasoning will be called into question. Its okay to just not like something. When you try to justify not liking it, that is when you'll get people on the defensive. |

| I saw this last night. It was very funny. When the first zombie in the garden fell through that pole and it went straight through her, I couldn't stop laughing. |

| One of the funniest movies I have ever seen. Of course I did watch it at around 1 in the morning so that can be called into question. But still a hilarious movie.

Then of course you have this movie:
"F*ck-a-doodle-doo," "Get f*cked, four-eyes," "F*ck her," "For f*ck's sake," "Sad old f*ckers," "It's four in the f*cking morning," "He's a f*cking idiot," "Why don't you f*ck off?"
Tell me Jesus would walk in the movie theatre with you and watch that. | Dude, you just used the F word 8 times in a row. I'm shocked! Aren't you ashamed of yourself? |
