Edit: And well, some classical guitar doesn't hurt either
And even though it's not a guitar, listen here...pretty interesting playing there. |

| I never post in or read this thread, and there's no way I'm going to read the whole thing now. So, if you guys have already seen this video a mod can delete it or something.
It's a guy named Erik Mongrain. He plays normally, but also plays this crazy tapping/percussive style with the guitar laying on it's back. I've seen Kaki King and others play tap style in normal position. I've never seen anyone do it quite like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bb9cidk0Bfs

| Frank Marino. Quite possibly one of the most underrated guitarist alive today. He was in the DFW area last month and I didn't know it. I've been wanting to see him in concert for years. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eidlCDR-klI http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jVeOCMAdD3Q
This one, while not the greatest quality of filming, is of him in the early 70's doing what I've always thought was one of his best songs, Dragonfly. I'd love to learn how to play it. Dragonfly |
