How do u sing harmony? I mean how do u stay on the right note with some1 singing the melody in ur ear?

hmm...knowing some music theory can help. but just sing a note that sounds good with the melody...3rd or 5th degree sound generally good.

Singing harmony is a skill. You truly have to pratice to accomplish the skill.
Things I can suggest? Piano. If you have access to one it's great! Just play things over and over again. Sing the notes and have confidence in them. You just have to trust the fact that you think the note are right.
As was mentioned, the easiest kind of harmony is the 3rd above or below the melody note. Sing along with songs that have harmony... learn the harmony parts!
It will seem weird at first, but you will get used to it. Like everything, it takes time. Just keep praticing and you will learn a great skill!
