Would they have those at Guitar Center? And are Samicks better than silvertones?

Okay, could you guys tell me some good brands (besides fender) that they might/do have a Guitar Center, cause I am going there (maybe) after Church.

Also, what good brands (besides fender) do they have on musiciansfriend.com? Maybe give me some links of good guitar they have, and my budget, is $0.00-$200.00

There's not much, but here's what I reccommend if you have $200 and only 200 to spend (you reeeeally should save up more, at least to $300).

I think your rushing this process too much. I mean I've noticed you've changed your choice of guitar quite a few times, and a lot of the other gear your getting.

Instead of wasting the 40 extra bucks you have on string winders, etc. Save your money. You do not need string winders. Your guitar will probably come with strings you can use for a while. Unless your that lazy to wind the strings by the tuner, and you need to speed the process up by like 5 seconds, get the string winders/cutters. I personally don't think their necessary.

Second, you should definately try to save your money up to get more bang for your buck. You won't get the sounds you like with the drive amp. Believe me, I have played on one and I shut it off. It sounded horrible. And your guitar...is it the schecter? It's a pretty decent guitar, but I'd save for a schecter c-1 elite or classic. Those are really sweet. Personally, I would keep saving money for a few monthes and get a nicer guitar. Before I bought my first guitar/ amp I waited a few years to have the money to get what I wanted.

Just don't worry too much about little accessories like string winders, strap locks, etc. Down the line you can buy all that stuff. First, just worry about a decent guitar and good amp. Otherwise you'll sound like crap, even with strap locks and a string winder

Rocker, since your b-day and x-mas are so close, ask for money from your friends, realtives, family ect. so you can buy a new amp AND guitar. Don't go for the cheapest stuff, it's always crap.

Well, my dad said he would pay half for all the guitar stuff (guitar, amp, cable ect.) and I noy got $143.18, and out of those guitar Rainer posted, these are my favorite, I just want to know, wich one is better,

Whats a good amp thats around, $70? nd I will wait for my B-Day, since its in like, only 4 months, and for christimas, I could ask for the electric, and I may not get it, or I may get it, and I will just ask for the Guitar, and I would buy the cable, and the amp, cause cables, $6 and I will have alot of money, so I could get a better amp, and I almost always get around $100 for my B-Day, so I would have around $275 after my B-Day (well, more cause I get around $20 a month so, maybe around $300-$375) Then I may even be able to buy a tube amp instead! Thats a good plan, Thanx for telling me a procces you guys! I will now get a good guitar (maybe) and a good amp (maybe) so for Christmas this is all I am going to ask for:

neither of those guitars look very good. on the ibanez one, one of the reviews says that a SQUIER is of better quality. i would play them yourself. only YOU can decide which is better.
