ooook, so you're all right, but I still hate hw, I don't have any time to myself, it's school, practice, homework, bed every day all week long (except for weekends, but that's another story) my point is, I just wish they wouldn't pile on quite so much, it gets to be exausting.

lol... I've done that and it's no fun... actually not quite, but when I took my schools 4 credit hr CalcII engineering level (the most in depth of 3 classes covering the same thing) I took it over the summer in 6 weeks. It normally meets an hour every day for ~14 weeks, so this met every day for about 2.5 hrs. by the 3:1 rule, that's 7.5 hrs homework for a total of 10hrs of calculus a day. Good thing that 3:1 rule is a lie high school teachers tell you to scare you.

If ignorance is bliss, school is a deliberate attempt on its part to deprive me of happiness, the pursuit of which is my unalienable right according to the Declaration of Independence. I therefore assert my patriotic prerogative not to know the material at hand.

Hey now. I like homework. I spend over an hour a day quite willingly doing homework on just one subject, and then another hour on another subject.

May homework live a long and prosperous life.

My precalc wouldn't be so bad if it was for the text book. I realize it's a higher level book but come on. I miss the nice pictures from the other math books. This just gives me examples and I have to infer meaning from them. I'm sure it's good for me in the long run, but I really do hate it.

Other classes like AP Music Theory, I love homework. Can't go wrong with english either. Once you learn it well enough that it becomes easy, homework becomes fun...

It seems kind of pointless to assign homework after you were there for five hours!

I see homework as a necessary evil. Class, for me, is usually just to introduce and clarify calss amterial. It's up to me to get proficient with it and understand it to the right point.
