I notice on most users here that signatures have added images/photos etc..

In the User CP (edit signature) Ive tried cutting and trying to paste in JPEG's and/or TIF's and it wont allow me to. Theres an icon on the toolbar "Insert image" but that gives me an explorer prompt which I dont know how to use.

Could I get help on this please?
