But that song is great. So kudos to you for liking something relatively cool. | Yeah, I kinda liked them when they came out with 'How to Save a Life' back whenever and I liked Over My Head, but I really like this new song.
So, they were popular like 3 years ago? Does this mean they are no longer popular? Cause I still listen to Tom Petty and he was popular like 5 years ago or something. Quote:

Delayed response to a UC: Can you not take your guitar to work now? or? | I was offshore for a while. No room on the offshore rig. I'm back on land now, so it's all good. But I have people living in my house here, so it limits my recording/playing/singing time.
Yes I made it home for 5 days! Whoohoo. I'm back now.

Yes I made it home for 5 days! Whoohoo. I'm back now. | It is "Welcome to Miami buenvenidos a miami" and it's Miami by Will Smith.
Or it could be the Lame song by Keith Whitley. But Will Smith's song about Miami is better.
Welcome Back.
You should be proud. I updated my blog in memory of your return (well not really, but I did update it!)

Funny story, at dinner Monday night Amy and I tortured our children by singing to them all the songs we thought were cool when we were kids. My son thought it was funny, my daughter was horrified. Here are some of the ones I can remember:
Elvira-Oak Ridge Boys
Super Freak-Rick James
Can't Touch This-MC Hammer
Friends in Low Places-Garth Brooks
The RIght Stuff-New Kids on The Block
Dixie Land Delight-Alabama
Livin' on a Prayer-Bon Jovi
We are the Champions-Queen
Wild Horses-Garth Brooks
Miami My Amy-Kieth Whitley
The Chair-George Strait
Margaritaville-Jimmy Buffet
Louie Louie-Kingsmen
I can't remember the rest of them. Good times.

| For the record, I was joking. And I think Donnie knows this.
Also... I have and listen to all those songs regularly.
Well besides the lame Keith Whitley one.
