| i will not vote this election because its really not worth the trouble to register to vote, and go vote in a democratic state.. especially when i don't agree with any of the presidential canidates. |

I'm not sure what you have in California, but here we have senators, us reps, state reps, governors, assemblymen, councilmen, mayors , various initiatives, etc. You can vote for those things and just leave the presidential ballot blank.
