True, but it would be awesome if they could pull it off.

I thought it was excellent, and if they make sequels as good as good as this one was, I'd love to see Joker revisited. Anyway, very good movie. Thank you Mr. Nolan for saving Batman.

The rest of the cast have pretty much all been mentioned as being great, but I wanted to say that I'm very happy with how they did Gordon. I'm used to how he looks in the animated series, so he looked perfect to me and was infinitely better than whoever that guy was in the other movies. I don't know his name but he was just.... not right...

I disagree. Pat Hingle was very effective for what he was.

However, that said, it was a true treat, and quite refreshing at that, to see Oldman play a much more subtle, nuanced, understated role.

Tho, oddly enough, Oldman is quite subtle and nuanced even when he's over the top.

Well, if you say so.

*SPOILER FOR JEFF*Zsaz was my favorite, too. I was tickled pink at his appearances in the movie. Also, they never say if he was rounded up, so I hope he'll definitely be there in the future*END*

I can't wait!

Another small detail I loved about this movie... Batman's disappearing habit when he's talking to people. Granted it's been a very long time since I've seen the other Batman movies, but I don't remember too much of that being in them.

If they do make a sequel with Joker, only Jack Nicholson must play him. No one else could possibly do it better than him.

Batman Begins was awesome. I thought the Batmobile was so lame when I first saw preview pics of it. But in the movie it was frickin' badass!!

I want to see it at least another time before it goes out of theatres.

Ugh. No way. Jack Nicholson is a great actor, but The Joker, he is not.

Well, funny thing, the perfect person to play the Joker would be Cillian Murphy, who's the Scarecrow right now.

It works so well because it could be real, or at least, could work in the real world.

Four and counting.

Haha. No, I'm fully aware that Nicholson was The Joker in Tim Burton's Batman, I just don't think he's the right actor for the role.
