Imo, it wasn't that great. I said same as one and two, this is bad. First of all, anakin and padme have some of the most stale dialogue ever. Nuff said. Both their characters make me cringe, neither was even decent. General Greivous was supposed to be scarier than Darth Maul. Instead, we get a wheezing general that no one seems in the least frightened of. Obi Wan's character was the only character that was over par. Except maybe Yoda. But that's an exception.

I bought it at 9:00 on Tuesday morning. (The day OF release). I've already watched it twice and am going to a marathon for the whole series tomorrow.


And, I'm sorry lumpy, but your post is one of the hugest pet peeves I have about this forum. Everybody gets so wrapped up in the acting talents (or lack thereof) of nearly everyone in the series (or any movie talked about in here for that matter). Why not just watch it for the sake of the story? If you expect everyone to give an Oscar worthy performance in every film they make, you're almost always going to be disappointed when you watch movies. Enjoy the story and let those cynical critics and the casting directors of the future movies worry about the talent.
