This has made me very weary of talking up bands before I put them on my stage or play their music at my events. Recently, a friend told me about a new band called Starfield. On my friends promise that they were the real deal, I had them come and perform for my students on a Sunday. Their humble hearts and high energy for Jesus made me want them to minister to my kids and share the stage with Casting Crowns. We've found another good one!"

Jeromy Deibler (FFH) - "I first heard Starfield when a CDR copy of their record somehow floated into my office. I still can't figure out how I came upon it. It had no artwork, no label, no name. After a few listens I was hooked. I began to search the web to find out who this "mystery" band was. After a few hours I found their site and dropped them a note to let them know how impressed I was by not only the record but the spirit behind it. This is one time where the music really did speak for itself."

Starfield's Upcoming Summer Festival Appearances…

Already participating in several summer festivals, Alive, Creation East and West, Freedom Live and dates with Acquire The Fire, among others, Starfield continues to blaze through the summer festivals performing at Soulfest 2004, Kingdom Bound 04, ShoutFest04 and Cornerstone EPC. Fall Touring…

This fall Starfield will embark on the major market, In The Name Of Love Tour, with Todd Agnew, BarlowGirl and Building 429 in conjunction with World Vision. This tour event was sparked by the recent Sparrow benefit project, In The Name Of Love: Artists United For Africa, which brought together popular Christian artists, including Starfield, to re-record chart-topping songs.
