This is a poem/song I wrote in dedication to all those who lost someone as a result of the Sept. 11 tragedy

If anybody can think of some nice chords for it I'd appreciate it. Something slow and warm, probably

WORLD TRADE CENTER DEDICATION

For the times we'll never have
I'd gladly trade it all,
That I might spend the times with nothing,
as long as I have you.

for the times that now we've lost
I wish I could turn back time,
That I might hold you close once more,
to whisper that I love you.

For the times that have been stolen
I often wonder why,
We grew so blind to the truth,
that freedom's never free.

But for the times that we shared,
I've thanked my Lord each day,
And though I'll always miss you,
In my heart you'll always be

Thumbs up

OOooh! Great lyrics!! I almost think of the song "Proud to be an American" when I read it. Coolness!
