| enough with the hunting talk...
I hunt predators when I get the chance, but it would not be appropriate to post on cgr a video of deer getting shot. Thats just... wrong. I do not have a problem with killing animals for food, but I am against taking joy in pain, but lets go less talk, more pictures.
and if you want a thread to debate the ethics of hunting, start a new one. |

I can't understand why you would want to kill it. | we hunt for food at my house.true it is beatiful but hunting deer for food is just using the resources that God gave us.we also try to kill it as soon as we shoot it.we dont want it too suffer.

| Archery Elk Hunt Cool thread. Here are a few pictures from this past fall. My father, brother, and I all met up in Idaho for 9 days of archery elk hunting. There were bulls all over the place and we'd get in on them every day but never had a shot opportunity. It was quite fun. |

| I took these back in 2003, on a family trip to a coastal village in nortern Norway called Vik. I grew up here, but lack of places to work for my parents forced us to move to a more populated area. It is the most beautiful place on earth that I know of.
This was taken from the beach, 20 meters from my grandparents cabin.
Taken from the same place. Beautiful sunset, and a strange cloud formation:
In this picture we have moved up in the hills nearby. You can see the little red cabin in the middle right of the cabin. Closest building:
Same spot, looking out over the sea. The mountain to the right in the background, is very special. It is named "torghatten" (directly translated to the hat of the plaza), and it has a cave going straight through it. If you look at the mountain from the right angle, you can see straight through it!
Taken from another little "cave". Not torghatten.
Some boats in the sunset:
Hope you enjoyed them Poor quality on some images, but i could not find any better images on my pc that did not include family members. |

| There are some people who hunt for the "thrilll of the kill" or as they say. I hunt, it's not that I like killing, but the deer do tast awfully good, and it helps control them. Out here in the country, when they grow in large numbers, they can become very big pests! But they are beautiful creatures though and it's only about 2 weeks out of the year we hunt them. It's also a big part of the culture here in Appalachia, we don't believe anything is wrong with hunting animals for food.
Well enough of the hunting talk. Here's some pics I took about a year ago. Hope there not too big! |
