| Here's some pictures I took while I was in Italy.
1) A random window.
2) A passage way and a light.
3) A flower growing on top of a walled city overlooking the countryside.
4) The sunset over Rome.
5) Another sunset over Rome, taken from a huge walled garden.
Sorry I can't make the pictures smaller. I'm not sure how to do that. |

| Cool pictures! If I ever get a video camera, I'm thinking about trying to mount it to the stabilizer on my bow so I can take some vids of deer and other wildlife. I think it would be kind of cool to rewatch the deers reaction after I shoot it. Plus there are tons of grouse and other small animals where I hunt (which is where I live, kinda nice). |

I haven't hunted, but I imagine the thrill of hunting comes from actually shooting the animal yourself, not watching someone else's footage of the deer they killed.

| I take it you guys are against hunting.
I wouldn't probably post that on here. That was sort of a side thought. But I might get some video's of animals I'm not going to shoot. Like fawns. I don't shoot babies. Or if I don't have a clear shot but can still see them. I must say, there is nothing that makes your heart start beating really hard as when your drawing your bow on a deer that is standing less then 20 yards away, and it see's you. I doubt any of you have had the chance to experience how wary deer actually are, but they have some of the best senses that you'll find, of course most wildlife has great senses, but man! You breathe to hard they hear it. You blink they see it. You sweat they smell it. Well anyway, enough ranting about how hard it is to kill deer with a bow. I'm going to see if I can get some pics, soon, of a Minnesota winter sunset to put on here. |

The best is when you are canoeing down a river and you see one farther up and because you are in a canoe you can drift up to it silently and get really close to it. There is nothing more beautiful than complete silence, an amazing forest and a deer drinking from a river. I can't understand why you would want to kill it. |

| Hmm. I guess it's kind of natural to me. Everybody around where I live deer hunts. I don't want to kill every deer I see, because they are beautiful, but they do taste good. Another thing is they reproduce really fast so if we don't kill some of them they will get over populated which means that there will be diseases and starvation, that will do the job that I could have done with considerably less pain. When they get over populated they also become pests, because they eat people's crops, and cause food shortages for not just themselves.
Surprising as it may seem to you, with a powerful enough bow and sharp broadheads, it doesn't hurt a deer that bad to be shot with an arrow. There have actually been people who have bows that released quietly enough that it didn't spook the deer when it fired, and the deer didn't even know it had been shot. So in a way, it's not crualty it's actually mercy. |
