At least the kissing part doesn't, anyway.

That's the best part.

Seriously though...enjoy being together for however long you choose to remain childless. I love my kids and I wouldn't take anything for them...but they definitely change the dynamic.

We sometimes miss that alone time we used to have...but we'll get it again once they all grow up and then we'll miss having them here.

For various reasons, the choice is more up to God than to us, but the point is well taken.

On a completely unrelated note, here's a song I've loved for a long time that I'd like to share with whoever actually reads this stupid thing. I only have it on tape, but I hooked Catherine's tape player up to her computer and downloaded Audacity so I could rip it (and then burn it to CD so I could listen to it in my truck). This is one of my favorite songs. Mark Heard - Long Way Down

That's a good one. Mark Heard is one of those guys who is criminally unknown. Of course...being dead doesn't help his cause.

So really, "What is the air speed velocity of an unlaiden swallow?"
It's quite simple:
Drag on a body in a fluid is:
D = 1/2 (Cd*pi*r^2*rho*Vo^2) Cd = coefficient of drag of the swallow pi = 3.1415... r = radius of bird cross-section (approximating as a circle) rho = viscosity of air Vo = velocity For steady state flight, D (drag) = T (thrust), so:
------------------------------
| Vo = sqrt(T/Cd*pi*r^2*rho) |
------------------------------

That's a Gm7b5 (aka "half-diminished") in the second inversion, as you've spelled it anyway.

It could probably be a few other things depending on what you can do with the enharmonics.

Awesomeness. I was just thinking about your offer yesterday, in fact, and hoping that it hadn't got lost in the mail over the holiday craziness or anything.

My journal here kind of sucks. Until now, the post rate over the past 2 years had apparently been approximately 1 post every 9 months, and that not even by myself.
