I checked this morning and the rest of my grades are up.... they were both A's. So, my overall GPA is 3.953 now.

So really, "What is the air speed velocity of an unlaiden swallow?"
It's quite simple:
Drag on a body in a fluid is:
D = 1/2 (Cd*pi*r^2*rho*Vo^2) Cd = coefficient of drag of the swallow pi = 3.1415... r = radius of bird cross-section (approximating as a circle) rho = viscosity of air Vo = velocity For steady state flight, D (drag) = T (thrust), so:

| Vo = sqrt(T/Cd*pi*r^2*rho) |

Haha.

No.... mostly I'm just concerned with keeping it current. If it gets a little cheap in the process, that's ok.

Anyways... I went to youth group tonight with my brothers at our new church. I felt old. Haha. It was cool though. We had almost 20 people there, when they usually have less than 10. I think the block party thingy that we played on Sunday afternoon actually brought in a few people.... so that's really cool.

Well, that's all for now. Still looking for a summer job. I'll let y'all know how that all turns out. My mom suggested today that I go to this employment agency place a few miles away and see what they can do for me. They basically line up temporary jobs when companies have employees leave for vacation or maternity leave or what-not. That would be really good for me, I think... because I don't mind working a bunch of random jobs over the summer (usually these temporary things actually pay pretty good too), 'cause I need a little bit of free time to do some stuff with our youth group and our kids' VBS and such. So... I'm going to go and check that out tomorrow morning and see if it looks like it will work. If I don't find anything by Friday, I may just have to settle for working at Winn-Dixie... bleh.

Bleh.. still haven't found anything, and Friday didn't work out. They told me to come back on Tuesday. So, I went back this afternoon, and they told me to come back tomorrow!! GAH!!

I did go and put in applications earlier today to a bunch of other places.... like Starbucks, Family Christian Stores, and Barnes and Noble. I think I'm about to call a few numbers that were listed in the classifieds.

Anyway... if you haven't noticed by now, the forum reorganization has finally taken place! Luke, Rach, and I were up to nearly the crack of dawn working on it. We still have a few loose ends to take care of, but for the most part it's all done. How do y'all like it?
