Hi nate!:kgrin:

Does Layola Colledge offer any Ciropractic or Theater courses/majiors? I'm trying to get my friend to go to school down here...

I'm not sure, but I think they might offer courses in spelling.

Ahhh... jocularities.

Anyway... I have an undergraduate course catelog around here somewhere. I'll check and see if they have anything like that, and I'll let you know.

Out of curiousity... what in the world do Chiropractics and Theatre have to do with each other??

In His love,
Nate

It takes a strong imagionation to break from the ridgidness of society...spelling things correctly is only for the unimagionative:kwink: :kroll: lol.

So you're not taking any of the spelling courses, I assume?

I will let you off easily this time, Nate, only considering the fact that it is indeed your first offense. But any more errors such as this one shall have you arrested.

IHL,
Kori the Spell-Checker.

Yes, I do.

Probably ought to.

I've been seeing a lot of threads in here lately that were basically just specific questions for me. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm always glad to help as much as I can, and I'm flattered that a lot of you seem to think I'm the one to come to for help.... but this forum shouldn't be a forum that consists of "KeyboardFreak, HELP!!!" type threads.

If a question is supposed to be directed solely at me, I would prefer that it was emailed to me (see sig), PMd to me, or even posted in my blog. That way, we don't clutter up this forum.

I'm going to move this into the "K" blogs forum and then merge ('cause if I just merged it, it wouldn't leave a redirect).

In His love,
Nate

Hey.... I've been playing for about four or five years now. I really don't remember exactly how long. All I know is that I started around Christmas a couple of years ago.. I don't remember the exact year.

I know it's been at least a year... 'cause I've been in school that long now.

In His love,
Nate

For anyone confused (including me)... the last four posts (starting with EvenThen's) were originally in the piano/keyboard forum. I thought they fit better in here... and since I'm a Supermod... here they are.

Funny how that works.

In His love,
Nate

La de da...

Exams started this week. I had my written music theory exam and my piano jury exam this morning. I think I did just fine in both of them... but I'll have to wait about a week for the grades to come up on Loyola's online database.

Anyways... I have two more exam-like things tomorrow: my musicianship music theory exam (sight-singing with solfeggio and rhythm counting/tapping/conducting) and my final project for music technology is due. I made a nice technoish piece with a sort of dance/pop vibe. Very cool... or so I thought.

On Wednesday, I have my final exam in copyright/publishing. And on Thursday, I have my final exam in world religion.

And then... I'm DONE with school until the fall!! YAY!!! HAPPY!!

Well, today was an interesting week... I think. I really don't remember everything that I did though. I know I filled out a job application for Guitar Center.. I'm hoping they'll call me back 'cause I would really prefer to work there than at a grocery store or something like that.

Hmm... I guess that's all for now. Bye bye.

In His love,
Nate

Yay... I did well on my musicianship theory exam this morning. I think the only thing I really did wrong was that I messed up one of the triplets in the rhythm counting thing. I wasn't expecting there to be any triplets. Oh well. I should get an A in theory, which is great 'cause the course is worth 4 credit hours.

Anyways, I have to go back to school at 4:00 to turn in my final project for music tech... then I'm going to stay and study for my copyright/publishing final with a friend. Copyright is so fun!

Well, it's about 12:15 right now and I'm getting kind of hungry. I think I'll go make a sandwich in a few minutes. No wait! We have leftover jambalaya from last night's dinner!!! That's what I'll have for lunch!! YUM!!

Ok... I think that's all I've got for now. Post some more questions or something for me to answer.

In His love,
Nate
